I’m not in Washington, how can I work with you?
I do not offer refunds for my services. I regularly solicit and welcome feedback about how to best meet your needs in therapy. If I am not the right fit for you, I am happy to offer referrals so you can find a therapist who is better suited to meet your needs.
Do you offer refunds?
To avoid a cancellation fee, reschedule at least a week before for a session within the week before, during, or after the originally scheduled appointment. For rescheduling, use the appointment request option in my client portal.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
You may cancel up to two sessions per year without a fee. Additional cancellations will incur the full session fee. To avoid this fee, reschedule your session at least a week before your appointment. If you can’t reschedule or attend, you’ll be charged the full fee. Payment is due at the time of service. If I need to cancel, you won’t be charged.
What is your cancellation policy?
For out-of-network insurance, payment in full is required at the time of service. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please be sure to understand your insurance benefits by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
How do you work with out-of-network insurance?
Yes, I accept Premera, Lifewise, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO plans. For all in-network insurance billing, I work with Prestige Medical Billing.
